DAVID L. GUY
Mr. Guy has over 28 years experience in the real estate development industry, including high-level positions at The Fortress Group as Eastern Region President, Arvida as President of several different regions and Arvida Homes and at Pulte Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Development.

Mr. Guy has developed over fifteen master planned communities in the southeast ranging in size from 100 acres up to 10,000 acres with the majority of these developments averaging 2,000-3,000 acres in size. In conjunction with his residential experience, he has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, over 5,000 apartment units and seven golf courses and clubhouse facilities. Mr. Guy has development and building experience in the states of California, Colorado, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

THOMAS W. SCOTT
Mr. Scott has over 26 years experience in the real estate development industry, including high level positions at Arvida as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Region and Land Resources Manager at Crosland/Centex Homes.

Mr. Scott has developed over 25 master planned communities in the southeast ranging in size from 100 acres up to 1,000 acres with the majority of these developments averaging 500 acres in size. In conjunction with his residential experience, he has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space and over 1,000 apartment units. Mr. Scott has development and building experience in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

THOMAS D. PAGE
Tom Page has 24 years of experience in developing and managing large master-planned, residential communities. During this time, he has held various senior management positions such as Vice President of Arvida’s Atlanta Division and Vice President of Development for NATERRA Land.

Mr. Page has developed over 12 master-planned communities ranging in size from 180 to 1,100 acres. During his experience, Mr. Page’s duties have included land planning, engineering, site development, economic analysis, architectural review, and homeowner association management. He has managed development projects in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Tennessee.
