GS Florida, LLP was founded in 2005 by its Principals, David Guy and Tom Scott.  The company was originally formed to manage the development of a 6,200 acre master planned, mixed-use community in Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach, Florida. www.restorationfl.org

Since then, GS Florida has grown into a multifaceted development consulting firm working with commercial and private equity institutions, technical and creative consultants, and award winning local and national builders to identify, assess, acquire, design and manage real estate projects throughout Florida.
