Mr. Guy has over 28 years experience in the real estate development industry, including high-level positions at The Fortress Group as Eastern Region President, Arvida as President of several different regions and Arvida Homes and at Pulte Corporation as Vice President of Corporate Development.
Mr. Guy has developed over fifteen master planned communities in the southeast ranging in size from 100 acres up to 10,000 acres with the majority of these developments averaging 2,000-3,000 acres in size. In conjunction with his residential experience, he has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, over 5,000 apartment units and seven golf courses and clubhouse facilities. Mr. Guy has development and building experience in the states of California, Colorado, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

THOMAS W. SCOTT
Mr. Scott has over 26 years experience in the real estate development industry, including high level positions at Arvida as Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Region and Land Resources Manager at Crosland/Centex Homes.
Mr. Scott has developed over 25 master planned communities in the southeast ranging in size from 100 acres up to 1,000 acres with the majority of these developments averaging 500 acres in size. In conjunction with his residential experience, he has developed over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space and over 1,000 apartment units. Mr. Scott has development and building experience in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

SEAN T. CALLOWAY
Mr. Calloway has over 15 years experience in construction and engineering for the real estate development industry from construction to design, including positions at Turnbull Sigmon Design, P.A. as Principal Engineer, ColeJenest & Stone, P.A. as Civil Engineer, and Metric Constructors, Inc. as Project Engineer.
Mr. Calloway’s extensive design, permitting and construction experience include single family residential, multi-family residential, retail, office, commercial, urban mixed use, educational and recreational facilities.

JOSEPH J. CEBINA Mr. Cebina has over 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, project management, and finance. This experience includes management and executive positions at Pulte Homes as Director of Market Development, at FMI Corporation as a construction industry management consultant, and at technology start-up, Alerts, Inc. as Director of Business Development. Mr. Cebina began his career as a project engineer for a major oil company.
Mr. Cebina’s diverse background brings a unique perspective to the real estate development industry. His work in engineering, the construction industry, home building, and technology has enabled him to understand the strategic as well as tactical implications of the business to effectively coordinate and manage the development value chain.

LAUREN G. DAVENPORT
Mrs. Davenport’s background is in sales and marketing, most recently obtained while working for a national homebuilder. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license.

ROBERT H. DAVENPORT III
Mr. Davenport started his career in the financial industry and began working for GS Companies in 2006. He has a BA in Economics and American History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

THOMAS D. PAGE
Tom Page has 24 years of experience in developing and managing large master-planned, residential communities. During this time, he has held various senior management positions such as Vice President of Arvida’s Atlanta Division and Vice President of Development for NATERRA Land.
Mr. Page has developed over 12 master-planned communities ranging in size from 180 to 1,100 acres. During his experience, Mr. Page’s duties have included land planning, engineering, site development, economic analysis, architectural review, and homeowner association management. He has managed development projects in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Tennessee.

JOHN W. LAUGHLIN
John Laughlin has 25 years of financial experience with an expertise in real estate development. He has worked for many well respected companies such as Nations Bank (now Bank of America) and Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) and has held various upper level positions such as Division Controller at Centex Homes, and Controller/VP-Finance at Rhein Interests, a residential real estate development company in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Laughlin holds a CPA license and owned his own practice for 12 years.

NORMAN P. LEGER
Norm Leger has 23 years of experience in surveying, engineering and land development. His range of experience has included roles as CAD Operator, Planner, Engineering Technician, Field Supervisor/Construction Manager, Office Manager, Surveyor, Survey Project Manager and Project Land Development Manager. He has held the position of Land Development Project Manager for Westfield Homes (now Standard Pacific), KB Homes, and most recently Pulte Homes. His vast array of experience and in-depth knowledge of project land development have made him an integral member of the GS Carolina team.
